The purpose of ADDIPURE products is to provide professional solutions for plant extraction in home cultivation, allowing users to produce the purest essential oil extracts themselves. Efficient and easy. 

We started in 2014 as co-founders of Dexso, where we were responsible for the products, production, and quality. From 2020 onward, we were able to realize our passion for product innovation with ADDIPURE at ADDITEQ. At ADDITEQ, we work with the best Swiss and European engineers and designers on ADDIPURE products. We are committed to developing and producing Europe's best equipment for plant material extraction to obtain the purest essential oil extracts.

With its flexible modular design, elegant look and high-quality materials, ease of maintenance and outstanding durability, the ADDIPURE range is setting new standards in plant extraction. In combination with the two extraction agents, ADDIPURE Dimethyl Ether DME (laboratory-confirmed purity: 99.99%) and ADDIPURE n-Butane (laboratory-confirmed purity: 99.39%), the purity levels of the oil extract obtained are extremely high. Swiss quality since 2014. ADDITEQ will send you access to the ADDIPURE 24/7 Portal after your first order. With your customer account, you can process and manage your ADDIPURE orders easily, quickly, and securely. Your personal data is stored in an encrypted area and can be updated at any time.

We accept credit/debit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay (powered by Stripe), and PayPal. Bank transfers (powered by Raiffeisenbank) are also available. In some countries, cash on delivery is possible.



There can be several reasons why a credit or debit card payment was unsuccessful:

  • The credit card number, expiration date, or CVV code was entered incorrectly.
  • Your card was declined due to insufficient funds.
  • Your card has reached the maximum allowable number of transactions within a certain period.

Please check your card details and try the payment again with the same card or add a new one. 

There may also be a technical issue with the IT/software between the companies. In this case, please contact our customer service using the contact form to our customer service.

If your PayPal payment was unsuccessful, the option to retry the payment will appear within a few minutes.

In consideration of the environment, ADDIPURE no longer issues paper invoices. Your invoice will be sent to you via email as a PDF file for download.

For order fulfillment and shipping control purposes, only the delivery note is included in the package.

Is the ADDIPURE website secure?

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We use TLS encryption (Transport Layer Security protocol) to ensure that your communication and personal data are always fully protected.

This means that all data, such as address or credit card information, is encrypted and can only be accessed by you and us.

Shipping and Delivery

ADDIPURE ships all items quickly, safely, and reliably to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.

  • Economy : The most cost-effective shipping option for non-urgent packages, used as the standard method at ADDIPURE.
  • Express : Available upon prior individual agreement on shipping details.

Once payment has been received, we hand over your order for shipping within 24 hours on business days. Delivery within Europe/Switzerland takes between 1 to 5 business days, while the United Kingdom takes 6 to 10 business days.

ADDIPURE only charges the actual shipping costs. These depend on the delivery address (residential, doorstep, or pickup) and the package weight. Add your items to the cart to see available shipping options and pricing.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email.

For logistical reasons, orders shipped in multiple packages may not be dispatched at the same time. However, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation for each package.

The shipping notification includes all important information:

  • Tracking number.
  • Link to track your shipment.
  • Delivery address.

Once the package has been handed over for shipping, ADDIPURE will send an email with the tracking number. You can use this to quickly and easily check the shipping status.

Please note: Once your package has been registered at the delivery partner’s intake depot, the tracking information will become available online. Sometimes, it may take a little while for the tracking details to be updated, but typically, they are available within 1 to 2 days.

Sometimes, delivery may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control. If you believe your package should have arrived already, please check the delivery status using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You can also visit our shipping partner’s website and enter your tracking ID.

If the tracking progress has been interrupted and no updates appear for several days, or if you need further assistance, please contact us via our Customer Service Contact Form.

Open it immediately upon receiving the package in front of the delivery person. Request a damage report from the delivery person. Please send us an email within 3 business days with the following information so that we can assist you as quickly as possible: 

  • Description of the damage.
  • Item number or product name of the damaged item.
  • Quantity of damaged items and severity of the damage.
  • A clear and detailed photo of the damaged package or item.
  • Let us know whether you prefer a replacement or a refund. Customer Service Contact Form. 
  • Switzerland : Yes, orders are shipped from our Swiss warehouse.
  • United Kingdom : No, import duties depend on the item and its value.

Complaint, Warranty and Withdrawal

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases and our services. However, if you have any reason to file a complaint, please contact our customer service so we can find a suitable solution for you.

Yes, all ADDIPURE PEO extractors come with a two-year quality guarantee. This covers material defects in the delivered products. The warranty period begins upon delivery of the products. Wear parts, natural signs of wear and tear, as well as negligent handling in cleaning or maintenance of the products, are all excluded from the warranty.  

Can I return my product?

Yes, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within fourteen days and cancel the order without providing any reasons, returning the product. In any case, you must send the products back to us no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw. The return shipping costs will be at your expense. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging; otherwise, the return will not be accepted. We recommend contacting us to initiate the return process together.

Error messages can have various causes. If you encounter an error message on our website, you can try the following steps:

  • Refresh the page or restart your browser.
  • Log out and log back into the ADDIPURE 24/7 Portal. 
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies. 
  • Try using a different browser or device if possible. 

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please send us a screenshot of the error message. Additionally, describe when and where the error occurred and what you were trying to do at the time.
